I am Karina Kalilah; Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner and director of my Trauma Informed Breathwork School "Embodied Breath Academy". I create Sacred Sound Medicine with my voice and crystal bowls. I am a Freedom Fighter, Love is my medicine, and I am passionate about experiencing life in all it’s highs and lows.

Today I am able to share my story of healing through the modalities I offer that were the foundation to my healing process. I now share my most inspired and empowered self with you all. But it wasn’t always like this.
I came to Karina as maybe one of the least spiritual people that you could meet. I did a Breathwork session with her almost by accident and I later somehow ended up enrolling in the rebirthing breath work practitioner course. Signing up was like an out of Body experience, but somehow it just happened and worked. I just said to myself maybe I will do it just for fun. I had no idea the transformation that would take place.
