Expand Your Business is a 5 Week group program designed to empower you with the tools necessary to improve your business, create a business model, goals for the future, use a platform to attract clients, plan public classes and so on. This program is for anyone who wants to:

• Develop consistent business practices to boost your business.

• Develop the confidence to put yourself out there in a way that’s authentic for you.

• Choose a social media platform for exposure and use it.

• Connect more fully to your purpose and your most authentic expression of that.

• Learn to organise powerful, safe, trauma informed events to attract clients.

The program includes a 2.5hr session a week which includes coaching & breathwork; weekly checkins, resources and podcasts; 3 month access to the Expand Studio, breathwork practices, journaling and more. Make this a time you invest in yourself to improve your business, feel grounded in what you’re offering & gift yourself the presence that is required to run a successful and powerful conscious breathwork business.
